Geared toward all educators in all settings. The journal was developed following a genuine demand and need to provide appropriate guidance for educators based on the unique needs of the educational framework (formal/informal).

The book was written based on comprehensive research and an attempt to understand the demands faced by educators, to provide the content they were lacking and respond to questions and difficulties raised by educators. The desire to create this program was the result of the conclusion that there is a real need to set quality standards that will benefit the Educational staff and give them the feeling that they are capable of providing the very best for the children in the educational frameworks.

The program can be easily adapted to the needs of each sector (general, religious, ultra-Orthodox, independent, Arab, Druze and more), and every language, in order to fit the content to the target audience.
